What to expect with your Flower Delivery

Once you order, a confirmation text or email will be sent to you. The email is your digital receipt and includes all the details of your purchase. Please check it carefully, and inform us if you wish to make any changes.

You’ll receive a notification via text or email when your flowers leave our shop for delivery. This will give you an estimated time of arrival, but keep in mind that large delivery runs can take several hours to complete. Being close to our shop doesn’t mean your order will be delivered first, as our routing software determines the most efficient route in a circular pattern from our location

After the bouquet is delivered, you will receive another text or email. If you have provided an email address, a photo of the delivery will be included. We take a photo of the order on the doorstep to avoid awkward photos at the door. We don’t leave flowers on the doorstep unless requested and only if it is secure and protected.
